As much as we try to ensure the best fit, we understand that sometimes you may need to return your continuall wear.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Submit a return request:

1. Log in to your account: In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Submit request".

When your return request is approved you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund or if you have chosen to exchange we will send you replacement out free of postage fees.

To be eligible for a return:

  • your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn with tags
  • in its original packaging
  • please include your order number and name in the package (or simply leave your packing slip inside)

Once we’ve received your return, we will be in touch to let you know if its approved. If all ok, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, should you request a refund.  It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund but should be within 10 business days. If it's any longer, please let us know! 

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Damages 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Continuall will provide a free return shipping label for damaged items.
