How it works

Request your return
Log in to your account, open your order and tap Request return. Choose your item and let us know if you'd like an exchange (and which size) or a refund.

Get your label
Once we approve your request, we'll email you a return shipping label and instructions.

Post it back
Once it arrives, we'll send your new size or process your refund.

- Items need to be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
- Please request your return before sending anything back, as we can't accept returns we haven't approved.
- Further exchanges on the same order have a $5 return shipping fee.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank may take a little longer.
- Faulty, damaged or wrong item? Contact us straight away. These returns are always free.
- We can't accept change-of-mind returns on sale items or gift cards.
