These pants have been amazing. I purchased them around 20 weeks, currently at 36 weeks and still wearing them constantly. Any big day on my feet I make sure to wear them I feel a lot better for it that night and the following day. For me the compression in the legs has been particularly helpful around swelling. I also got the compression socks so if I notice increased swelling in the ankles I swap to them and they work in both preventing and managing existing swelling. Very grateful that such a well made pair of pregnancy leggings exist.

I am absolutely in love with these tights and this business.
I originally ordered a size too small, and the process of receiving the next size up was made into such a lovely experience. How often do you actually get to communicate directly with the co-founder of a business to arrange an exchange? It just does not happen these days, and it really stood out.
Now onto the tights. I am not someone who tolerates discomfort. A girlfriend of mine recently mentioned pant extenders you can buy so you can continue wearing your jeans during pregnancy, and I just looked at her and laughed. Jeans? Absolutely not. Comfort is everything for me.
I am an everyday gym goer and eventually sized out of my usual gym leggings. I tried another brand and honestly felt like I was wearing torture devices rather than supportive activewear. That is when I finally tried the Continualls.
The difference was incredible. I felt supported without feeling restricted. During my first session wearing them, I genuinely felt empowered, stronger, and able to lift heavier. The tights are incredible, but the people behind the brand are just as amazing.
I dealt with Ash, the co founder, personally, and her humour, care, and proactive approach to making sure I had the perfect fit and guidance throughout the entire process was so unique. My husband even commented on how unusual the whole experience was, but in the best possible way.
I am already planning to purchase the postpartum range as well. If you are sitting there wondering whether to go for it, do not overthink it. Just do it. You will not regret it.

Early on in my 2nd pregnancy and was looking for some supportive tights. These are sooo comfy, they don’t roll down, and they don’t ride up when you are walking. I think I’m gonna need them in the long version! 🙊

I have been wearing my new leggings nonstop since they arrived post-Sydney Baby Expo! I am obsessed.
I’ve noticed a huge difference with my pelvic pain & round ligament pain - I just feel so much more supported. Walking the dog used to be really uncomfortable and now it’s enjoyable again ☺️
I have been converted! No more regular leggings in this pregnancy for me ☺️

Love these shorts! They are really soft and it’s so handy with the phone pockets. I also chose them because as far as compression shorts go (let’s face it, not the most glamorous of pieces) they look more modern and stylish than some of the other brands I think!
I can't believe I only bought 1 pair! Not only are they buttery comfortable, but they're gorgeously flattering at a time I'm feeling extra self-conscious and make me feel fantastic when I'm wearing them. I've practically lived in them since I bought them, even though it's summer! My hubby's insisted I ordered more pairs because he knows how much I love them.
I’m a pregnancy & post partum Physio & I love these continuall pregnancy shorts! I’ve worn them since early pregnancy & I’m still here fitting the same pair at 38 weeks. Helped a lot with my back & pelvis pain. Also love the pockets and the fact dog hair doesn’t stick to them (I have 2 border collies 🤪) Highly recommend 🙌

THESE ARE AMAZING! I have POTS and fluid retention and have been using these compression tights for help with circulation, and have noticed the biggest difference on days I wear them. Highly recommend!!
I can't say enough about my continual tights. I took a reactive approach in my first pregnancy & knew during my second I wanted to be proactive in supporting my growing belly and changing body. I got my tights at 16 weeks and have literally lived in them ever since.
I feel instantly supported and comfortable the second I put them on. The fabric is buttery soft, yet durable, and they offer the perfect amount of stretch to accommodate my growing belly without ever feeling restrictive and they ALWAYS stay up.
When I can’t wear them for whatever reason, It only takes a couple of hours before I start to get the usual pregnancy back and pelvic ache and start counting down the hours until I can get home to put them on again.
Not to mention they are pet hair resistant and have pockets. I’ll never be able to wear tights or shorts with out pockets again.
I just got the shorts in preparation for the warmer weather and big summer preggo belly! Big fan!!!
These are GREAT leggings. Really comfortable, supportive but not too tight and the fabric is lovely and soft. They are a great length on me and I love that they have pockets too (a must for pregnancy no. 2 when wrestling a toddler). Highly recommend these if you're looking for a good pair of leggings to see you through your pregnancy.
I can really feel the difference to my back and pelvis wearing my Continuall pregnancy compression tights, especially as a nurse on my feet all day. Compared to other brands, I notice a huge difference!
I bought these tights on the recommendation of my physio as I wanted to keep running in 3rd trimester. I wanted to leave a review because the tights are great, love the pockets and the support without being constrictive, but mostly I was blown away by the customer support and sincerity of the brand! I had some issues with fit despite following the measurement guide, reached out to Ash, who gave some great advice and sent me a new pair within the week and they fit great! I feel like companies like this in this day and age are few and far between.
I can't wait to wear these everyday until baby pops
I absolutely love my pregnancy tights! They're incredibly comfortable and provide
support for lower back and growing belly. The fabric is buttery soft and they also stay in place without rolling down, which is a huge plus when doing yoga and Pilates I highly recommend them to any expecting mummas
I purchased the pregnancy tights and had such a great experience, so got the postpartum tights. This is 12 days post birth. I have been wearing them for the last few days and have felt so supported, especially in the core area. There are no seams over my caesarean incision. The gradual compression on the lower legs and ankles really helps as I am not back to usual level of activity. Highly recommend!

Love my Continuall pregnancy shorts! Very comfortable and have been living in them while I’ve grown throughout 2nd and 3rd trimester. The panel design is different to other pregnancy shorts I’ve tried before and can confidently say these are much more supportive, which has been a physical relief in the later stages of pregnancy! I like the length above the knee and how high the tummy panel reaches over my bump. These pics have been taken 38w4d. I have been LIVING in my Continualls, tights and shorts, since the third month of my pregnancy. They are so supportive. I really notice when I don’t wear them and wear other bottoms that I am much more sore from lifting/bending for my toddler. The compression socks are also a game changer at the end of the day after a full day on my feet! Couldn’t recommend highly enough! Thank you!
I packed these in my hospital bag and wore them in the days after giving birth, when it felt more do-able for me to pop compression socks on vs compression tights. I instantly noticed the difference to my legs/feet, it gave me such relief when I was feeling quite achey. These socks will also be useful when I eventually go traveling and brave a long haul flight with a little one!
These shorts were so helpful during my second pregnancy, giving me much needed support when I was having pelvic flare ups (something I acquired during my first pregnancy). I wish I had these to wear back then. They are super comfortable, and this is coming from someone who normally prefers looser fitted clothing. I plan to keep wearing these even though I am no longer preggers, as they're that comfy!
I have worn these the last 2 weeks after giving birth. I bought a ‘silver’ fit. I was a bit cautious that it was going to be too tight as after my last baby I just couldn’t wear the ones I bought as they were uncomfortable. I really feel like these have supported me with the right balance of compression and comfort! Have worn them every day!
I am so impressed with my pregnancy tights from continuall. I am currently half way through my third pregnancy and already have quite significant pelvic girdle pain. These tights are brilliantly designed and feel incredible supportive whilst remaining so comfortable. They are true to size and are very good quality. I think they are great value for their price and I highly recommend them for everyday wear and support as well as for exercise. Very happy customer.

Love these pregnancy leggings! They're super soft, supportive, and comfortable enough to wear all day. The waistband stays up over my bump without rolling down, and the fabric is thick enough that it's not see-through. Great quality and definitely worth it!
These tights are SO comfortable — the fabric is super smooth, perfect amount of compression (even with pressure-related abdo pain for me), and they have pockets!
I purchased 2 pairs of the long pregnancy tights and the pregnancy shorts whilst at the baby expo in Melbourne, i could not be happier. I struggled to find tights that held a level 1 compression rating along with catering for plus size. I wear these everyday, they are thin enough that i wear them under my scrubs as i work as a nurse. Very comfortable whilst still feeling like i'm getting the compression support i need.
