Why the elements?
At Continuall, we believe confidence and comfort should never be defined by a number. That’s why we use an alternate sizing system inspired by the periodic element chart instead of traditional labels. Our aim is to remove the stigma around sizing and create a more inclusive, empowering experience. Compression best works when the fit is right, we provide a clear conversion chart to guide you.
How to measure to find your fit:
Tips when sizing for pregnancy
Our pregnancy leggings are designed to grow with you. They may feel snug when you first put them on, but the belly panel and flexible seams are made to stretch and support you from early pregnancy through to full term.
We recommend measuring your hips and sticking with that element size. If you’re between sizes and 20 weeks or more, (or if you've popped early) consider sizing up.
It should feel snug through on your baby bump, but never restrictive or uncomfortable, if so you may need the size up (just email us!).
Tips when sizing for postpartum
From 36 weeks onwards, we recommend measuring your hips at the widest point, under the bump if still pregnant, and matching this to our size guide.
If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up. Please don’t assume you’ll be the same as your pregnancy size, as hips often widen throughout pregnancy.
They should feel snug and supportive through the abdomen and legs, but never restrictive or uncomfortable, if so you may need to size up (just email us!). As they offer targeted abdominal compression, so they can feel firm to pull on over thighs/legs, but once in place, they should feel secure and supportive.

You can start wearing them as soon as you feel like you are ready for some additional support.
How do they feel to wear?
These tights should support your abdomen and growing baby, but never feel uncomfortable, painful or restrictive. If so, you may have the wrong element fit!
Are your tights compatible with my fur baby?
Absolutely! Out tights resist animal hair, so snuggle up with your furry friend!

I bought these tights on the recommendation of my physio as I wanted to keep running in 3rd trimester. I wanted to leave a review because the tights are great, love the pockets and the support without being constrictive, but mostly I was blown away by the customer support and sincerity of the brand! I had some issues with fit despite following the measurement guide, reached out to Ash, who gave some great advice and sent me a new pair within the week and they fit great! I feel like companies like this in this day and age are few and far between.

I can really feel the difference to my back and pelvis wearing my Continuall pregnancy compression tights, especially as a nurse on my feet all day. Compared to other brands, I notice a huge difference!
My osteo recommended Continuall as as another brand, but I’m very happy that I opted for continuall for my pregnancy leggings.
I’ve had a lot of issues with hip pain, inner thigh pain, varicose veins and lower back pain. These tights were an instant relief for my back as well as offered excellent compression that wasn’t too intense. The sizing seems very accurate and I look forward to getting some post partum shorts once baby is here!
I’m 27 weeks pregnant and I feel instant relief of my back and pelvis pain when I put these tights on. They are the perfect balance of compression and comfort without being restrictive... plus they don’t fall down!!
These pants have been amazing. I purchased them around 20 weeks, currently at 36 weeks and still wearing them constantly. Any big day on my feet I make sure to wear them I feel a lot better for it that night and the following day. For me the compression in the legs has been particularly helpful around swelling. I also got the compression socks so if I notice increased swelling in the ankles I swap to them and they work in both preventing and managing existing swelling. Very grateful that such a well made pair of pregnancy leggings exist.

I can't believe I only bought 1 pair! Not only are they buttery comfortable, but they're gorgeously flattering at a time I'm feeling extra self-conscious and make me feel fantastic when I'm wearing them. I've practically lived in them since I bought them, even though it's summer! My hubby's insisted I ordered more pairs because he knows how much I love them.
I can't say enough about my continual tights. I took a reactive approach in my first pregnancy & knew during my second I wanted to be proactive in supporting my growing belly and changing body. I got my tights at 16 weeks and have literally lived in them ever since.
I feel instantly supported and comfortable the second I put them on. The fabric is buttery soft, yet durable, and they offer the perfect amount of stretch to accommodate my growing belly without ever feeling restrictive and they ALWAYS stay up.
When I can’t wear them for whatever reason, It only takes a couple of hours before I start to get the usual pregnancy back and pelvic ache and start counting down the hours until I can get home to put them on again.
Not to mention they are pet hair resistant and have pockets. I’ll never be able to wear tights or shorts with out pockets again.
I just got the shorts in preparation for the warmer weather and big summer preggo belly! Big fan!!!
These are GREAT leggings. Really comfortable, supportive but not too tight and the fabric is lovely and soft. They are a great length on me and I love that they have pockets too (a must for pregnancy no. 2 when wrestling a toddler). Highly recommend these if you're looking for a good pair of leggings to see you through your pregnancy.

support for lower back and growing belly. The fabric is buttery soft and they also stay in place without rolling down, which is a huge plus when doing yoga and Pilates I highly recommend them to any expecting mummas
I am so impressed with my pregnancy tights from continuall. I am currently half way through my third pregnancy and already have quite significant pelvic girdle pain. These tights are brilliantly designed and feel incredible supportive whilst remaining so comfortable. They are true to size and are very good quality. I think they are great value for their price and I highly recommend them for everyday wear and support as well as for exercise. Very happy customer.
Love these pregnancy leggings! They're super soft, supportive, and comfortable enough to wear all day. The waistband stays up over my bump without rolling down, and the fabric is thick enough that it's not see-through. Great quality and definitely worth it!
These tights are SO comfortable — the fabric is super smooth, perfect amount of compression (even with pressure-related abdo pain for me), and they have pockets!
I purchased 2 pairs of the long pregnancy tights and the pregnancy shorts whilst at the baby expo in Melbourne, i could not be happier. I struggled to find tights that held a level 1 compression rating along with catering for plus size. I wear these everyday, they are thin enough that i wear them under my scrubs as i work as a nurse. Very comfortable whilst still feeling like i'm getting the compression support i need.

I absolutely love my Continuall pregnancy tights! I've tried a few other brands throughout my pregnancy, but nothing compares. From the moment you put them on, you can instantly feel the incredible support they provide.

I found out I had pelvic girdle pain early in my pregnancy, and they were a godsend for support and daily wear. I also found myself regularly wearing the shorts under things like dresses, early on which was super helpful.

As an osteopath, the pregnancy tights were already my go-to recommendation for lumbopelvic support. As a second time Mumma, who suffered from bad varicose veins and acute pelvic girdle pain with my most recent pregnancy I was an instant convert. The compression feels supportive but not too tight or uncomfortable. I noticed a big difference in the swelling of my lower legs/ankles on the days I didn’t wear these tights. The band stays up around your tummy (and stretches beautifully with it) and most importantly the tights never slip! No awkward crotch adjusting here! I tried on two sizes at the baby expo and wanted the larger size. The order was processed and paid at the expo. However the consultant must have ordered the wrong size as when it came in the mail and I tried it, it was uncomfortable and tight.
I tried to request a return/swap but I have not heard anything yet.

After a month or two or searching for maternity activewear that was supportive, thoughtfully made and high-quality, I was thrilled to come across Continuall! There’s none of that annoying puckering or gaping that happens as cheaper garments wear.

Highly recommend especially during pregnancy. They would have saved me from being on crutches from 16wks of my first pregnancy. No other leggings compare. Outstanding quality, outstanding support.
Very comfortable pants! I work as a nurse and midwife, and I definitely have less back/leg aches at the end of a shift when I've worn these pants. Only downside is the ankle cuffs are a bit too tight for me. Otherwise, fantastic leggings
Better than I could have imagined! I am usually a size 8 pre pregnancy, but sized up based on other comments of being overly tight. With my pregnancy weight gain, I wear size 12-14 now, but I bought size 10 in these tights and they fit perfectly. I needed these for pelvic floor support and I wish I could wear them 24/7 - the support they provide; you have to try them to understand how effective they are! Love love love! Thank you!

I came across Continual at the baby expo and when I tried their leggings on it was instant comfort. I had already bought some cheaper maternity leggings and shorts and been really disapointed with the material and fit. My bump is still relatively small and I didn’t realise how heavy it was already but putting the leggings on just made me feel light and strong. So I bought the short too. Now after a few weeks of walking/running/strength training and Pilaties I can genuinely say these are the best leggings ever. They stay up. They are comfy and they don’t make you sweat excessively. Thanks to the legends who made these and spent the time to make pregnancy comfy!
