From 36 weeks onwards, we recommend measuring your hips at the widest point, under the bump if still pregnant, and matching this to our size guide.
If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up. Please don’t assume you’ll be the same as your pregnancy size, as hips often widen throughout pregnancy.
They should feel snug and supportive through the abdomen and legs, but never restrictive or uncomfortable, if so you may need to size up (just email us!). As they offer targeted abdominal compression, so they can feel firm to pull on over thighs/legs, but once in place, they should feel secure and supportive.
