HEALTH FUND REBATES
Q: Can i get a rebate with your supportwear?
Some private health insurers in Australia will provide a rebate to customers who purchase our go fourth postpartum tight, as they are considered a compression garment and listed as a class 1 medical device under therapeutic goods of Australia compression. To claim your rebate simply print the rebate form take this to your health care provider such as your MD or GP or specialist, and ask them to fill in the details and sign. The Provider Number must be supplied by the Health Care Professional. Once the form is completed, send the rebate letter and your invoice to your private health insurer. Please note - not all private health insurers/plans offer a rebate and we recommend talking to your fund/plan to see if it applies to you.
CARING FOR YOUR SUPPORTWEAR
Q: How do I care for my pregnancy and postpartum supportwear?
A: We recommend following the care instructions provided with each product. In general, our supportwear can be hand washed or machine washed on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. It's essential to air dry or follow to maintain the integrity of the fabric and the garment's effectiveness.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. At this stage we are only shipping within Australia and New Zealand. But stay tuned! This may not be the case forever...
Q. What happens if a product is out of stock?
A. When you go to check out, you will be alerted that the product is out of stock. In the unlikely event, however, that you do process your order and we are unable to supply you with the product (s), we will notify you immediately, if not sooner, and you have the option to wait until the product is in stock, exchange for another product, or a total refund.
Q. Can I buy products in store?
A. At this stage all continuall products are only available online. We will also be selling within Osteopathic clinics soon and will notify you immediately when this happens, if not sooner.

Q: Can I return or exchange my supportwear if it doesn't fit?
A. We have a whole section for that! We understand that finding the right fit is crucial. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy for detailed information on how to initiate a return or exchange.
Q. Can I purchase and E GIFT CARD?
A. Why yes you can! You can purchase an e-gift card in our shop 'supportwear section' and once purchased we will email your gift card (to the address you provide). If you would like to send an e-gift to a loved one (what better way to show your support by GIVING them support!), you can opt to send as gift when adding to cart, and simply add their email with a lovely message attached.
