75% nylon / 25% spandex.
Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Air dry to keep the fabric and compression at their best.

We believe confidence and comfort should never be defined by a number. Our sizing is inspired by the periodic table instead of traditional labels, to remove the stigma around sizing and create a more inclusive, empowering experience.

Compression can feel a little different to what you're used to. They should feel snug and supportive (firmer than your usual activewear), but never restrictive or uncomfortable.

Your hips can change during pregnancy, so always go by your current measurements rather than your pre-pregnancy size.
Between sizes? We recommend sizing up.
Our targeted abdominal compression means they can feel quite firm as you pull them over your thighs and hips. Don't be afraid to stretch the waistband! Once they're in place, they should feel snug, secure and supportive, never restrictive or uncomfortable.

We wanted to extend our care beyond the treatment room. So we set out to create compression wear with real purpose, designed to support your body through pregnancy and postpartum. Absolutely. The mid-length and mini shorts are designed to sit smoothly under dresses and skirts, or wear them on their own.
Compression may not be suitable if you have a circulation or heart condition, a skin condition on your legs, or reduced feeling in your legs or feet. If that's you, please check with your health professional before wearing. Not designed for sleep, so please remove before bedtime.
