They may feel snug at first, but the belly panel and flexible seams stretch with you through to full term.
Between sizes and 20 weeks or more (or popped early!)? Size up.
Compression can feel a little different to what you're used to. They should feel snug and supportive (firmer than your usual activewear), but never restrictive or uncomfortable.
Your hips can change during pregnancy, so always go by your current measurements rather than your pre-pregnancy size.
Between sizes? We recommend sizing up.
Our targeted abdominal compression means they can feel quite firm as you pull them over your thighs and hips. Don't be afraid to stretch the waistband! Once they're in place, they should feel snug, secure and supportive, never restrictive or uncomfortable.
After treating thousands of pregnant and postpartum women, our co-founders Dan and Ash knew exactly what mums needed through their motherhood journey: real support for their body.
We wanted to extend our care beyond the treatment room. So we set out to create compression wear with real purpose, designed to support your body through pregnancy and postpartum. But the fabric also had to be buttery soft, never slippery and super flattering, so you look and feel great while you're being supported.

Will they cover my tummy?
Yes! They cover your growing bump, and what's more, they won't roll down.
When can I start wearing pregnancy support shorts?
As soon as you feel ready for some extra support. Our bump panel is designed to grow with you from first trimester to full term.
How should they feel to wear?
Supportive, but never uncomfortable, painful or restrictive. If they do, you may need a different size. Check our fit guide.
Can I wear them under dresses?
Absolutely. The mid-length and mini shorts are designed to sit smoothly under dresses and skirts, or wear them on their own.

Love my Continuall pregnancy shorts! Very comfortable and have been living in them while I’ve grown throughout 2nd and 3rd trimester. The panel design is different to other pregnancy shorts I’ve tried before and can confidently say these are much more supportive, which has been a physical relief in the later stages of pregnancy! I like the length above the knee and how high the tummy panel reaches over my bump. These pics have been taken 38w4d. I have the postpartum tights in my hospital bag and ready to give them a go when I have the chance. Thanks Continuall!

I’m a pregnancy & post partum Physio & I love these continuall pregnancy shorts! I’ve worn them since early pregnancy & I’m still here fitting the same pair at 38 weeks. Helped a lot with my back & pelvis pain. Also love the pockets and the fact dog hair doesn’t stick to them (I have 2 border collies 🤪) Highly recommend 🙌
Early on in my 2nd pregnancy and was looking for some supportive tights. These are sooo comfy, they don’t roll down, and they don’t ride up when you are walking. I think I’m gonna need them in the long version! 🙊

Love these shorts! They are really soft and it’s so handy with the phone pockets. I also chose them because as far as compression shorts go (let’s face it, not the most glamorous of pieces) they look more modern and stylish than some of the other brands I think!
These shorts were so helpful during my second pregnancy, giving me much needed support when I was having pelvic flare ups (something I acquired during my first pregnancy). I wish I had these to wear back then. They are super comfortable, and this is coming from someone who normally prefers looser fitted clothing. I plan to keep wearing these even though I am no longer preggers, as they're that comfy!

Perfect support for bump and back, provides relief without the bulk of Velcro from belly bands.
I wore a regular elastic/fabric support band when my shorts we’re in the wash and I could really feel the difference in my back and posture. I couldn’t deal so quickly ordered a second pair! Highly recommend and definitely worth the investment!

I bought a pair of the pregnancy shorts and I am SO happy with them, I am going to need another pair!! The support these rights provide is fantastic, without being restrictive. Sizing was good and easy to work out, i got the right fit for me. Have recommended to a few other friends who are pregnant. I was wearing another brand of pregnancy shorts when a friend convinced me to try continuall, I'm on my feet all day and these have provided so much relief through the hips and I feel supported everywhere without restriction at 36 weeks.
