Your hips can change during pregnancy, so always go by your current measurements rather than your pre-pregnancy size.

Our targeted abdominal compression means they can feel quite firm as you pull them over your thighs and hips. Don't be afraid to stretch the waistband! Once they're in place, they should feel snug, secure and supportive, never restrictive or uncomfortable.

Compression everywhere you want it. Really grateful for seam placement, there’s no rubbing anywhere you don’t want it. I’ve been wearing these under pants or as a short on a warmer day. I had minimal pelvic pain during pregnancy and still finding a lot of use for the postpartum support, recommend these for any pregnant person

These shorts have been incredible! I had an unplanned caesarean and have been wearing the shorts from about 2 weeks post partum. They have provided excellent support while still being comfortable - not restrictive and ok to get on and off, even with the post caesarean pain. Highly recommend!!
